About Our Candles
Each Black Selene candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax. Our process ensures a clean, long-lasting burn that is safe for your home and the environment.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days. Since every candle is handmade, slight variations in color or shape may occur — making each piece truly unique.
Shipping
Domestic (Greece): 2–5 business days.
EU: 5–10 business days.
Worldwide: 10–20 business days (depending on destination).
We carefully package each candle to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right 🌙

Κάθε κερί Black Selene είναι χειροποίητο, χυμένο σε μικρές παρτίδες με 100% φυσικό κερί σόγιας. Η διαδικασία μας εξασφαλίζει καθαρό και μακράς διάρκειας κάψιμο, ασφαλές για το σπίτι και το περιβάλλον.
Χρόνος Επεξεργασίας
Οι παραγγελίες ετοιμάζονται συνήθως μέσα σε 2–3 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Επειδή κάθε κερί είναι χειροποίητο, μπορεί να υπάρχουν μικρές διαφοροποιήσεις στο χρώμα ή στο σχήμα — κάτι που κάνει το κάθε κομμάτι μοναδικό.
Αποστολή
Εσωτερικό (Ελλάδα): 2–5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
ΕΕ: 5–10 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Διεθνείς αποστολές: 10–20 εργάσιμες ημέρες (ανάλογα με τη χώρα).
Συσκευάζουμε προσεκτικά κάθε κερί για να φτάσει με ασφάλεια στον προορισμό του.
Επιστροφές & Αλλαγές
Λόγω της χειροποίητης φύσης των κεριών μας, δεχόμαστε επιστροφές μόνο σε περίπτωση που κάποιο προϊόν φτάσει κατεστραμμένο. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας μέσα σε 7 ημέρες με φωτογραφίες, και θα βρούμε τη λύση 🌙
Οδηγίες Χρήσης
Κόψτε το φυτίλι πριν ανάψετε το κερί.
Τοποθετήστε το σε ανθεκτική στη θερμότητα επιφάνεια.
Μην αφήνετε ποτέ το κερί αναμμένο χωρίς επίβλεψη.
